How to use this list

1. Prioritize by sector

   Filter the sector column to the industries you serve and work that shorter list first. Sector is an automated guess from the entity name, so check the name before you act.

2. Move early

   In the first weeks after registration, owners are choosing banks, insurers, accountants and suppliers. Reach them while those choices are open.

3. Use the officer's name

   The officer is usually the owner. Send a personal letter or postcard to the principal address, look the person up on LinkedIn, or personalize a B2B email with a clear opt-out.

4. Read the owner signals

   A formation-service agent means a filing service was used and the agent's address is not where the business operates. A home-based address suggests a solo or small business. "Owner has N other entities" means the same officer name appears on N other active Florida entities (name match, so it may be a different person).

5. Verify before you contact

   Confirm that the business exists and operates. Public records can be late or wrong, and the Sunbiz link opens the official record.

6. Contact rules

   Email must follow CAN-SPAM. Do not call or text cell phones without prior consent (TCPA) and respect Do-Not-Call lists. Never imply the business asked to hear from you; say you found them in the public records of the Florida Division of Corporations.

7. Not for credit, employment, insurance or housing decisions

   This is not a consumer report and is not covered by FCRA permissions. Honor opt-outs and removal requests before every campaign.
