Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
NewBizWeekly is a product of BrandXtrategy LLC, a Florida company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. Contact: hello@newbizweekly.com.
2. Information we collect from you
- Contact details: your email address and the county you choose, plus your name and company if you give them to us.
- Payment details: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. We receive only limited billing information, such as subscription status and the last digits of the card.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: we use none, or only the minimum needed for the site and checkout to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use it
- to send you your free sample and your weekly reports;
- to provide support and answer your messages;
- to bill you and manage your subscription;
- to send you emails about the Service, such as changes, new counties and product news. You can opt out of these at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us. Billing and account notices may still be sent.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us: hosting, email delivery and payment processing (Stripe). We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
5. Retention
We keep your information while you have an account or have requested a sample, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax, security and dispute purposes. Then we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Where they apply, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) give you additional rights, and we will honor valid requests under them. To make a request, write to hello@newbizweekly.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
8. Information about people listed in our reports
Our reports list businesses and the people named in their public filings, such as officers and registered agents. This information comes from public records of the State of Florida (the Florida Division of Corporations, "Sunbiz"). We do not collect it from you or from the listed people directly.
If you are listed in a report and want to be removed from future reports and from the public sample files on this site, email hello@newbizweekly.com. We will act on your request within 10 business days. We cannot change the public record itself; to do that, you need to contact the Florida Division of Corporations.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will tell subscribers by email.
