What you get every Tuesday

One list per county, built from the public filings of the previous week.

Every new filing

Entity name, document number, type (LLC, corporation, PA and others) and filing date.

Address and city

Principal address, city and ZIP, so you can sort by the territory you cover.

Registered agent and officers

The names on the filing, so you know who you are writing to.

Likely sector (keyword-based)

A best-guess industry tag from keywords in the entity name, to filter for the businesses you serve.

Owner signals

Whether the filing used a formation service, looks home-based, and how many other active Florida entities carry the same officer name (name match, may be a different person). Included in the weekly reports and the Excel sample; the county sample PDFs do not include them yet.

PDF, Excel and CSV

Read the PDF, filter and search in the Excel workbook, or import the CSV into your CRM.

Counts are new entities whose principal address ZIP falls in the county; filings with a ZIP outside Florida or missing (about 5% statewide) are not assigned to any county. Where a filing lists a registered agent's office as principal address, the count in parentheses says how many; in Pinellas most filings do, because two large formation services are based there.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

From the public data files of the Florida Division of Corporations (Sunbiz). We add a likely sector based on keywords in the entity name.

How often is it updated?

Once a week. Each Tuesday's list covers the entities filed in the previous week (Monday to Sunday). We wait one extra day because the state releases some filings late.

What format do I receive?

A PDF to read, an Excel workbook with a dashboard, search and filters, and a CSV to import into your CRM.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract. Cancel any time and you will not be billed for the next month.

Why not pull it from Sunbiz myself?

You can. The raw files are large fixed-width text records for the whole state. We filter them to your county, clean the names and addresses, add the likely sector, and format it so you can start your outreach on Tuesday instead of parsing files.

Can I use the list for outreach?

The data comes from public records, but how you contact people is your responsibility. Follow CAN-SPAM for email and TCPA and do-not-call rules for calls and texts, and verify details before you reach out.
